Size 16 to Size 2 — If She Can Do It, Why Can't I?!

I wanted a way to lose weight, feel good, and not be required to eat nothing but salad...

I decided to do macros after stalking Chelsea's page for a few years. I saw that she would post amazing food, and had kept off 70+ pounds for years. In the past, I tried keto, Beachbody, and calorie counting on my own. I thought, how in the heck does she keep it off, while eating what she loves, and it not being a fad? And if she can do it, why can't I?

My husband and I have two amazing little humans and are constantly on the run from 5am to 830-9 pm! I work full time and when I'm not doing that, I am running the kids to activities 5 days a week. Then we are home to cook (we eat together every night), clean, shower, and off to bed. Then repeat.

My job is sedentary and currently I do CrossFit 5 days a week.

Outside of our routine, we love to camp and be outdoors. Hiking, kayaking, and fishing are the things that keep us moving and fill all of our cups.

The biggest key to my success has been consistency. I eat what I love and I don't eat anything I am not loving. I have learned to fit in all the foods that I thought were "bad for me". Foods like beans and cornbread, cake, donuts, lasagna, street tacos, chicken and dumplings…

Bree has found a new relationship with food she isn't afraid to share, and a new way of honoring her body with strength and eating enough to maintain her current weight.
